Jay Murray

Looking for common sense solutions to the world’s hardest problems, Jay began thinking about electrification techniques for resource deprived economies in 2015, shortly thereafter teaming with Nick and Ben to start Solinius in 2017.

Jay works both sides of the table as an entrepreneur at Solinius and global investor at Idea Foundry, where he leads the firms efforts in the EMEA region with a heavy strategic focus on continental Africa.

Jay holds a B.S. from University of Pittsburgh in engineering science and a certificate in nuclear engineering.
