Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith currently serves as Chief Product Officer at Caseware, a position held since February 2025. Additionally, Andrew is a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Solink, a company specializing in AI video security solutions for retail and restaurant sectors, since 2018. Previous roles include Director of Product for International at Intuit, overseeing QuickBooks offerings outside the US, and founding Strum, a customer experience management platform. Andrew also held senior positions at Bell and Bell Media, including Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, as well as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions. With a foundation in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and legal expertise at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, Andrew’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Magna Cum Laude from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s in Economics, Summa Cum Laude from Huron University.
