Cathy Langley

Cathy Langley, LPC, is a seasoned asset protection leader with extensive experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as Senior Leader for Asset Protection - Major Accounts at Solink since June 2022, Langley utilizes data-driven insights to enhance business decision-making. As a member of the Board of Advisors for the Loss Prevention Research Council and the Advisory Council for The Loss Prevention Foundation, Langley actively contributes to advancing industry standards through collaboration and education. Previously, Langley held various senior leadership roles at RITE AID for over 33 years, culminating in positions such as Senior Director and Vice President of Asset Protection, where responsibilities included managing significant budgets and overseeing large teams, while implementing innovative loss prevention strategies. Langley began education at CSB in York, PA, from 1989 to 1990.
