Erin Bailey

Erin Bailey is the current Manager of HR at Solink. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at the Five Counties Children's Centre from September 2011 to August 2014. There, they were responsible for recruitment, talent acquisition, new employee onboarding, developing and measuring monthly HR metrics, HR program and policy work, employee relations, management of HR administration, both union and non-union staff, labour negotiations and interpretation of collective agreement.

From August 2009 to January 2011, Erin worked as the Benefits Administration for the Peterborough Victoria Northumberland and Clarington Catholic District School Board.

Erin has also been an Independent Business Owner since January 2001 and owned/operated a Shell Retail store until March 2018.

Her first job in Human Resources was as an Assistant at the DRPS- Durham Regional Police Service from January 1996 to December 2001.

Erin Bailey has a Bachelor's Degree in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management from Athabasca University. Erin is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Durham College. Erin is also certified in New Manager Foundations from LinkedIn.
