Gillian White

Gillian White, M.Ed, is an accomplished Leadership Coach and Enablement Strategist at Underline, since July 2023, providing services through word-of-mouth clientele. In addition, Gillian serves as a TEDx Speaker Coach for TEDxMechanicsville, offering expertise in storytelling and audience engagement. Currently a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager at Solink, Gillian oversees leadership development and customer success during the company's growth phase. As the Founding Ambassador for the Sales Enablement Collective's Ottawa chapter, Gillian played a key role in establishing a local hub for revenue enablement leaders. Previous experience includes roles at Wrapbook, Assent, Canopy Growth Corporation, Ontario Clean Water Agency, You.i TV, and Halogen Software, contributing significantly to instructional design and operational management. Gillian holds multiple degrees in education, including a Master of Education in Distance Education from Athabasca University, and has recently completed certification as a Leadership Coach.
