Hilary Grainger

Hilary Grainger has a wide range of work experience. Hilary began their career in 2009 as an Operations Logistics Coordinator, Billing Operations Analyst, and Order Management Specialist at Nokia. In 2021, they began working as a Project Manager at Solink, where they manage multiple projects simultaneously for Small Medium Business customers. Hilary is responsible for managing 20-30 site rollouts for Denny's and Jack in the Box, forecasting monthly projects, and meeting Monthly Recurring Revenue and Annual Recurring Revenue. Hilary is also a subject matter expert on United States Cellular Corporation, Enterprise, Cellular South, and Verizon customer accounts and supports T-Mobile and Canada customer accounts. At Nokia, they mastered SAP QTC and BPP business systems and managed customer request dates, ship dates, and schedule changes with external customers, manufacturers, vendors, stakeholders, and market leads.

Hilary Grainger attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2001 to 2003, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Architectural Technician. Hilary then attended the same college from 2003 to 2005, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Interior Decorating. In August 2021, they obtained a certification in Business Math from LinkedIn.
