Ryley White

Ryley White is an experienced Technical Writer with a strong background in creating and maintaining user documentation and help resources across various organizations. Currently employed at Solink since March 2021, Ryley is responsible for managing a help center, editing tutorial videos, and collaborating with multiple teams to produce effective documentation. Prior experience includes roles at Upland InGenius, where Ryley managed product documentation and developed expertise in telecommunications and CRM technology, as well as freelance reporting for CityNews Ottawa. Ryley's earlier positions involved business development, communications coordination, and editorial support, showcasing a diverse skill set in writing, editing, and project management. Ryley holds a Technical Writer degree from Algonquin College and a degree from Carleton University.
