Sean Ryan has worked in various roles in the technical support and customer service industry since 2007. Sean began their career at Dell as a Technical Support L2 XPS Systems in 2007. In 2008, they joined Protus IP Solutions as a Resolution Specialist and Customer Support Specialist. Sean then moved to Fiberstream Technical Support in 2011, where they were a Technical Support and was responsible for answering customer calls regarding technical or billing issues, walking customers through installations of new service, and configuring new modems for use with the service. In 2013, they joined Accentus Inc., which is now part of Nuance Communications Inc., as a System Administrator. Finally, in 2019, they joined Solink as a Technical Support Specialist.
