Tim Pollen

Tim Pollen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and coaching. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant at Solirius Consulting since January 2019 and as an Emotional Intelligence Coach at TKP Wellbeing Coaching and Consultancy since October 2018, Tim Pollen also holds the position of Senior Operational Manager at the Ministry of Justice, where responsibilities include change management, continuous improvement, business process improvement, risk management, stakeholder engagement and management, customer service, and project management since January 2005. Tim Pollen's educational background includes attendance at Davenant Foundation Grammar School from 1991 to 1998.
