Mark Spears

Mark Spears has extensive work experience in the field of security consulting. Mark has worked at Solis as a Principal Security Consultant since 2015, where they have focused on penetration testing, developing a "Red Team" program, and conducting web application forensics and remediation. Mark also served as a Senior Security Consultant at CFC from 2019 to 2023, where they worked on various security projects.

Before that, Mark held the position of CTO/CISO at Transaction Processing Partners from 2003 to 2015. In this role, they managed PCI-DSS Level 1 Security Audits, designed and maintained a secure network processing millions of transactions daily, and developed software for banking transactions.

Mark gained experience as an IT Consultant at Independent from 1999 to 2003, where they wrote software and managed databases for various industries and companies. Mark also provided support and filled in on development teams.
