Katlen Lays

Katlen Lays currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at AGV since July 2025, focusing on humanized labor practices and the well-being of individuals within the organization. Prior to this role, Katlen was the Executive Manager of Human Resources for Brazil at Solistica, overseeing HR strategies across various divisions. Katlen's extensive career in HR includes significant positions at AGV Logística Saúde, where responsibilities encompassed personnel administration and employee management, as well as various leadership roles in HR operations. Katlen holds an MBA in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade São Francisco.
