Ravi Chaudhary is currently the General Manager and CRM Head at Solitaire Group, overseeing a robust CRM function for multiple projects with an active customer base of over 6,000 units. Previously, Ravi served as the Assistant General Manager at Runwal Group, where they managed the CRM team and ensured optimal customer relationship processes. With experience spanning various companies including Godrej Properties and Tata Consultancy Services, Ravi has consistently focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining service excellence throughout their career. Ravi holds a PGDBA in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management and is currently pursuing a PGDM in Marketing at the same institution.
