Casey Piquette

Casey Piquette, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, talent management, and recruitment. Starting as a Human Resources Intern at Selective Insurance in 2012, Casey progressed to roles such as Associate Recruiter and eventually transitioned to Solix Inc. in 2016. At Solix Inc., Casey held positions as a Junior Human Resources Generalist, Manager of HR Business Partner & Talent Management, and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources & Talent Management. Casey's career progression demonstrates a strong foundation in HR practices and strategic talent management.

Casey Piquette, SHRM-CP earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Organizational Communication from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2009-2013. Following this, Casey pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Centenary University, graduating in 2014-2016. Casey also holds the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
