Kym Beelman has extensive work experience across various industries. Kym started their career as an Insurance Agent at Chapp Inc. in 1994. Kym then moved on to State Farm Insurance as a Supervisor, overseeing a team of Quality Assurance Representatives. After that, they joined Step Up For Students, where they held roles as a Strategic Director of Scholarship Operations and later as a Senior Director of Operations. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Experience at Solix Inc., responsible for leading and overseeing Contact Center functions to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Throughout their career, Kym has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to operational excellence.
