Peter Deegan

Peter Deegan is Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing the Solix Talent and HR Operations functions. Prior to joining Solix in 2019, Peter spent over 20 years in HR leadership roles in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunication, and Security/Threat Detection industries as well as a successful earlier career experience in Staffing and Executive Search. He brings to Solix a diversified portfolio of strategic and operational experiences in Human Resources Planning, Talent Management, Recruitment, Change Management, Learning,and Total Rewards. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from The William Paterson University of New Jersey as well as being certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HRCI.
