Karolina Bender

Karolina Bender is a Senior Business Analyst at Sollers Consulting since October 2019, previously holding the role of Business Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at eLeader from January 2018 to September 2019, where key responsibilities involved client presentations, creating proofs of concept, application configuration, testing, implementation, and client communication. Additionally, Karolina worked as a Service Consultant at eLeader, focusing on application testing and configuration. Prior to that, Karolina was a GIS Assistant at CH2M from May 2015 to December 2017, engaging in international projects and serving as a point of contact for a major client project. A secondment to Highways England as a Data Quality/Technical Assurance Manager enabled Karolina to provide GIS consultancy support and develop a Data Quality Assurance Process. Educational qualifications include postgraduate studies in IT resource management from Warsaw University of Technology and a Master’s degree in Geodesy and Cartography from AGH University of Krakow.
