Michaël Durand

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and blockchain development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha supports innovation projects across startups, enterprises, and government entities. As the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha contributed to creating decentralized infrastructures and advanced technological change. Micha has also served on advisory boards, including the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io, and held positions at Sweetbridge, Inc. and SwissBorg as a blockchain developer and advisor. Micha's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional training in fintech and project management.
