Bob Gilligan

Bob Gilligan currently serves as CEO and President of Solmax since November 2024. Additionally, since January 2020, Bob has acted as a Private Equity Advisor for various firms including THL Partners, Bridgepoint Capital, and Charlesbank Partners, focusing on sectors such as industrial services and energy infrastructure solutions. Previously, Bob was the CEO of Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare from January 2017 to January 2020, leading a private equity-backed company dedicated to the independent living needs of the senior community. Bob also held multiple leadership positions at General Electric from January 2004 to January 2016, including Vice President and global business leader, overseeing significant turnarounds and managing profit and loss across various divisions. Bob holds an MBA in General Management from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University.
