René Timmerman

René Timmerman is currently the Regional Financial Director EMEA at Solmax and has held various financial roles across multiple organizations. Prior to this position, René served as the Global Finance Director at TenCate Geosynthetics from 2019 to 2022 and was a Senior Treasury Advisor at TenCate Advanced Armour Group since 2018. René began their career as a Treasury Analyst at Royal Ten Cate from 2012 to 2017 and has been involved with Stichting EHTA as Penningmeester since 2014. René's academic background includes multiple degrees in Economics and Treasury Management from institutions such as Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and the Universiteit van Amsterdam.
