Sepideh Mortazavinia

Sepideh Mortazavinia, Ph.D. has worked in various roles related to talent management and organizational development. Sepideh is currently the Global Director of Talent and OD at Solmax, where they oversee talent and organizational development initiatives. Prior to that, they served as the Global Manager of Talent and OD at Solmax from 2021 to 2022. Sepideh also worked as a Global Human Resources Generalist at NanoXplore Inc. from 2018 to 2021. Before entering the corporate world, Sepideh worked at McGill University as a Project Coordinator, where they conducted research, managed data, and assisted in teaching. Sepideh also held the role of Talent Management Specialist and Member of the Talent Development and Performance Management Board at the University of Tehran, where they implemented talent programs and conducted needs assessments. Earlier in their career, Sepideh worked as a Talent Officer and Educational Board Member at the South International Industrial Development Institute.

Sepideh Mortazavinia, Ph.D., obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communications from Shiraz University. Sepideh then went on to pursue their higher education at McGill University, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Linguistics from 2013 to 2018. In 2019 to 2020, they also completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from McGill University. Additionally, Sepideh Mortazavinia has obtained the Certified Hogan Assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems in June 2021.
