Edward Worbis

Edward Worbis has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Edward began their career as a Lecturer and TA at Ohio State University, followed by a role as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO in 2008. In 2009, they became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The Ohio State University. From 2010-2012, Edward worked as a Program Analyst and Research Assistant at Nationwide Childrens Hospital, and then as a Software Engineer II at Astute Solutions. In 2012, Edward took a role as COO and Director of User Experience at Bead Technology. From 2015-2016, they worked as a Front End Technical Lead at Luvo, followed by a Senior Developer role at Rethink Robotics from 2016-2017. Edward currently works as a Principal Software Engineer at solo.io.

Edward Worbis attended The Ohio State University from 2003 to 2008, where they received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering. Edward then returned to The Ohio State University in 2009 to pursue a Master of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Visual Analytics and Image Processing, which they are still currently completing.
