J.M.H. has been working in the software engineering field since 2016. They began their career as a Software Engineering Intern at Wayfair in 2016, and subsequently held positions as Software Engineer I, Software Engineer II, and Senior Software Engineer at the same company until 2021. In 2021, they moved to SmarterTravel as a Senior Software Engineer, and in 2022 they began working as a Software Engineer at solo.io.

J.M.H. received a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research and Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University between 2012 and 2016.
