Nick Nellis has been working in the technology industry since 2010. Nick began their career at Sentry Insurance as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2016, they joined IBM as a DevOps Engineer for IBM Watson and Cloud Platform, where they were a Kubernetes and cloud administrator and evangelist in Watson's weather division. In 2018, they moved to Summa Financial Technology as a Sr. DevOps Engineer. In 2020, they became a Software Engineer at Tetrate and in 2021, they joined solo.io as a Field Engineer.
Nick Nellis graduated from Saint Cloud State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering. In 2016, they obtained an AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services. In 2017, they obtained an AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional certification from Amazon Web Services.
