Peter J.

Peter J. has worked for a variety of companies since 2005. Peter began their career as a Developer at Cadis d.o.o. in 2006, then moved to Microsoft Ireland in 2005 as a Developer. From 2007 to 2017, they worked at Microsoft, starting as a Senior Software Engineer, then as a Senior Test Lead and two separate stints as a Software Development Engineer in Test. In 2017, they moved to Oracle as a Consulting Member of Technical Staff. In 2021, they joined Tetrate as a Software/Content Engineer, where they created the Istio Fundamentals and Envoy Fundamentals courses for Tetrate Academy, created the industry-first certification for Istio, and hosted Istio weekly live streams. Peter is currently employed at solo.io as a Developer/Platform Advocate.

Peter J. completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Univerza v Mariboru.
