Julia Coquema

Julia Coquema has extensive experience in digital project management and editorial operations, currently serving as the Responsable programme relationnel at Solocal since February 2015. In this role, Julia oversees the implementation of CRM systems and the deployment of multichannel user journeys to enhance media promotion and user engagement. Prior positions at Solocal included managing customer retention strategies and ensuring the relevance of search responses. Prior to Solocal, Julia worked at RTL, where responsibilities included managing the editorial aspects of funradio.fr and enhancing audience engagement through website improvements. Julia's early career at Manutan France included various editorial and digital content roles, where projects involving catalog production and e-commerce optimization were key focuses. Julia holds two master’s degrees in literature from Université Paris-Est Créteil and Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.
