Brian Hughes

Brian Hughes is the President & Co-Founder at Sologic Root Cause Analysis. Brian has over 20 years of experience in root cause analysis, instruction, investigation, program development, and research and development.

Previously, Brian was the Vice President at Apollo Associated Services, LLC from January 2000 to December 2011. Brian was responsible for instruction, investigation, program development, and research and development.

Before that, Brian worked at First American Title Insurance Company from January 1997 to December 1999 as the General Accounting Manager. There they managed receivables and collections, generated internal reports, and participated in large process improvement projects.

Brian Hughes has a BA in Business Administration - Finance from Western Washington University and also attended Eisenhower.
