Prashant Mutnal

Prashant Mutnal has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Prashant started their career as an Embedded Project Trainee at Kiona Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. in 2005. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Software Engineer at Jataayu Software Pvt. Ltd., where they focused on server-side development and played a key role in the development of the Multimedia Messaging Service Centre (MMSC), working on features such as MNP Support for MM4 Interface and Billing support on MMSC.

In 2008, Prashant joined Samsung R & D Institute Pvt.Ltd as a Chief Engineer in Android Development. During their tenure, they developed the Content Loader application using the MVP architectural pattern and the Instant Tethering feature using BLE. Prashant also built the complete Samsung messaging app, including key components such as Telephony Service, SMS Service, SMS Receiver, UI, and database storage.

In 2020, Prashant became a Senior Software Engineer at Quoori, where they served until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Senior Android Engineer at Sololearn, where they are responsible for designing and developing Android features for their programming language learning app. Prashant collaborates with product, design, and testing teams and follows Agile methodology with JIRA as a project management tool.

Prashant Mutnal earned their Bachelors of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Prashant attended the university from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications in Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations and Leading Productive Meetings from LinkedIn in August 2022.
