Alan Chaffee

Alan Chaffee is the Chief Financial Advisor, a certified professional accountant (CPA), with 12 years of public accounting experience. Mr. Chaffee is currently the Managing Partner at Chaffee Geddes Chucka, (CGC) a CFO Consulting Firm. At CGC, he has assisted $1B companies meet their SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements as well as transitioned development stage companies to public companies. Prior to CGC, Alan served as COO of a $50M composite sporting goods manufacturer and brand management company. Mr. Chaffee was the CFO of an emerging Aerospace composite manufacture of structures and assemblies.
