Solomon Data Systems develops right-sized AI data center campuses across America: 20 to 400 MW sites with secured power, behind-the-meter generation, and a supply chain that delivers in months, not years.

Data center capacity fails for predictable reasons: power that never arrives, land that never permits, equipment that never ships, communities that never consent. We secure all four before the lease is signed.

POWER, SECURED. Grid interconnection where it works. Turbine + reciprocating engine + BESS microgrids with primary firm gas transport and LNG backup where it doesn't.

SITES, SECURED. Controlled, entitled land, qualified by our proprietary siting and diligence technology before we ask for a tenant's time.

SUPPLY, SECURED. Generation equipment on 8-month lead times against industry quotes of 24 to 36. Transformers and breakers in 6 to 12. The supply chain is the schedule.

COMMUNITY, SECURED. Binding covenants on water, light, sound, and emissions, signed with host counties and serving utilities.

In development now: 860 MW of critical IT across Georgia, Texas, and Ohio, with 240 MW in commercial lease closing and a 1.5 GW pipeline behind it. Engineering built for the AI era: 300 kW+ racks today, liquid-cooled and DC-power-ready, water-free heat rejection at a 1.1 to 1.2 design PUE.

The power is the product. solomondatasystems.com
