Peter Dyer

Peter Dyer is an experienced consultant with a diverse background in compliance, audit, and operations across various leading technology companies. Currently at SolomonEdwards since 2022, Peter has developed M&A Integration Governance frameworks and led teams on critical issues like Anti-Corruption and Fraud. Prior to that, Peter worked at NetApp, conducting global partner compliance audits and leading investigations that achieved significant cost savings, and held a directorial role at DoorDash supporting an IPO and establishing a Global Sales Compliance organization. As COO at The Red Flag Group, Peter prepared the firm for a lucrative acquisition. Previous positions included Finance Director at Microsoft overseeing compliance for a large sales organization, and Senior Director roles at Oracle and Sun Microsystems, where responsibilities included large-scale contract management and sales compliance. Peter began a career in technology at IBM, leading financial operations in Northern Europe. Educationally, Peter holds a BA (Honors) from the University of Stirling and completed several leadership and business management programs.
