Since February 2006, Fred has been with Solotech Inc., where roles include Production Team Manager, Project Manager, System Engineer, and FOH Engineer. Prior to this, Fred worked at Le Groupe SPL from 1994 to 2006, contributing as an FOH Engineer and System Engineer. This diverse experience encompasses both leadership and technical expertise in production and system engineering.
