Steve Welsh

Steve Welsh is a seasoned professional in the entertainment industry, with extensive experience in sales, design, and technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Sales & Design Engineer at Solotech Inc. since August 2020, Steve has previously held the position of Executive Vice President at Miami Stagecraft from August 1983 to February 2022. Earlier in their career, Steve contributed as a Lighting Designer and Master Electrician at Coconut Grove Playhouse from September 1981 to August 1983. Steve holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre from Florida State University, where studies took place from 1978 to 1981, and has additional education from the Fine Arts Center in Greenville, SC.
