Prior roles include General Manager at BLACK BETTY Hospitality Group, where leadership was provided to a recruitment team sourcing talent for prestigious establishments, and Senior Account Manager at TCC - The Company Connection, managing permanent recruitment for major clients. The recruitment career began at Julia Ross Recruitment, progressing from Senior Recruitment Consultant to Commercial Permanent & Temporary Team Manager. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Executive at Sydney Attractions Group. Bianca's foundational education was completed at Mount Carmel High School, between 1998 and 2003.

Our family has been in pubs since 1910. In 1930, we bought the pub in Darlinghurst and we continue to evolve with our communities.
