Json Sherwill possesses extensive culinary experience, having served as a head chef at Solotel since November 2014 and previously at Redcape Hotel Group from November 2013 to November 2014. Json held the role of sous chef at Q Station Manly from December 2011 to January 2013 and Novotel Manly Pacific from January 2012 to November 2013. Json began a career as a chef at Keystone Hospitality, working from July 2009 to December 2011. Educational achievements include a HACCP course focused on food safety and bacteria growth from the Royal New Zealand Navy Cookery School and a London City and Guilds qualification in Hospitality Management from the Royal New Zealand Navy Cookery College.
