Justine Baker is a dynamic hospitality advisor and consultant, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Sesión Tequila and Principal at JBakerCo, a boutique consultancy specializing in the hospitality industry. They have previously held roles such as Advisor at Quantaco and Chief Operating Officer at Solotel. Justine has also contributed as a Board Member for the Night Time Industries Association and serves as a Non-Executive Director for Two Good Co and Samuel Smith & Son.
