Matthew Stewart

Matthew Stewart is the Head of Restaurants & Guest Experience at Solotel, where they focus on delivering exceptional customer service and a unique wine experience to guests. Previously, Matthew held various roles, including Group Beverage Manager for the Lotus Dining Group and General Manager at The Gazebo Sydney, where they enhanced wine programs and local marketing initiatives. They have also been recognized for their contributions to beverage development and service standards at multiple venues. Matthew is pursuing WSET qualifications and holds a Bachelor of Sound and Music Design from the University of Technology, Sydney.
