Investors First, Always.

It’s not just a slogan. It’s our promise to take care of those most important to us. It’s our fundamental practice and primary objective.

In a market full of “fee-first” thinkers, we set ourselves apart by putting our investors first, Always. We share in the risk and reward so that every element of our business is in alignment with our investor’s best interests and working to produce for their success.

We are a private equity firm that puts our Investors FIRST…..ALWAYS. Our investors are accredited or qualified individuals and organizations that seek to invest with us in primarily real estate or real estate related business opportunities where we seek to generate returns of 6-25% annually with low volatility and risks that can be understood and shared by all investors. We work closely with our investors to make sure we are helping to achieve the collective and sometimes personal objectives.

SolPacific, LLC is an evolution of Mercury Investment and The Whitecliff Group, whose investments and assets span three decades and over $1.5 billion.

Our success comes from knowing our investors, remaining aligned with them, and putting our investors first, Always.
