Alain Bion

Alain BION is an experienced professional in the renewable energy and technology sectors, currently serving as the Technical Director for Solplanet since April 2024. Prior to this role, Alain held several key positions, including Commercial Director at HYDRO-SOLAR, Technical Manager for France and Belgium at SolarEdge, and Strategic and Business Developer at DBT Pro EnR, a leader in photovoltaic installation in Southern France. Alain also founded and served as CEO of SolaireMed, which received recognition at the ENERGAIA show, and worked as COO at NEOWAVE, overseeing production processes. With a strong background in industrialization and a track record of patent deposits across various roles, Alain has demonstrated notable leadership in technological innovation, holding key positions at NEOTION and SCM Microsystems earlier in his career. Alain earned a Master of Engineering degree in Microelectronics and Materials Physics from Aix-Marseille University.
