Prior to this role, Phil was a Partner with an Independent Consultant firm and spent over a decade at Synergy Group Australia, where leadership included overseeing the Audit capability and serving as Executive Director. Phil's experience spans various reputable organizations, including PKF Chartered Accountants & Business Advisers and KPMG, where responsibilities included leading internal audit services and developing government assurance practices. Phil holds a Bachelor of Commerce in IT from The Australian National University.
