Peter Tripp

Peter Tripp is an accomplished professional in the fields of renewable energy, infrastructure, and real estate, currently serving as the Director of Development for BESS Real Estate at Soltage LLC since December 2023. Previously, Tripp held the position of Senior Director of Development and Construction at Columbia Property Trust from August 2016 to April 2023, where oversight of three complex commercial office redevelopment projects was managed, totaling 1,700,000 SF and a construction value of $460,000,000. Tripp's experience also includes roles as Director of Design and Construction at The Howard Hughes Corporation, Senior Development Manager at JLL, and Development Manager at MetroNexus, along with earlier positions as a Project Architect at Davis Brody Bond and Design Architect at Kohn Pedersen Fox. Tripp holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
