Justin Jacobs

Justin Jacobs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development, innovation, and education. Currently serving as a Product Development Manager and Operations Manager at Soltech Solutions since October 2020, Justin has developed quality assurance tools and organized assembly lines using lean manufacturing principles. As Co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer of freebowler, Justin focuses on enhancing the sport of cricket through innovative design and environmental considerations. In an academic capacity, Justin lectures as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Delaware and previously developed curricula at Northampton Community College for technical skills in manufacturing. With a background in entrepreneurship as Founder of Jacobs Design LLC and experience in various advisory roles, Justin combines practical knowledge and teaching expertise, underpinned by a Master of Engineering in Technical Entrepreneurship from Lehigh University and a degree in Industrial Technology from Millersville University.
