Henry Febles

Henry Febles is an accomplished consulting senior project manager at SOLTECH, currently assigned to Moderna in Norwood, Massachusetts since February 2024. Prior to this, Febles served as VP-General Manager at Biocon, overseeing a 24/7 Drug Product Biologics Business focused on the operations of insulin biosimilars and medical devices from December 2019 to September 2024. Febles has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, having held director positions at Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health and Merial, where responsibilities included overseeing solid-dose product operations and support functions. Febles also held various managerial roles at Merck and Schering Pharmaceuticals, focusing on packaging operations and sterile filling, with a strong emphasis on Lean Manufacturing principles. Febles holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Sciences with a specialization in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico.
