Ed Carroll P.e.

Ed Carroll, P.E. has over 25+ years of experience in civil engineering and stormwater management design. Ed has held various roles throughout their career, including Vice President, General Manager of Southern Maryland at Soltesz, where they were responsible for managing daily operations within the Southern Maryland region. Prior to Soltesz, they worked as a Civil Engineer at Ben Dyer Associates, Inc. and D.H. Steffens Company, where they focused on civil engineering and site development designs. Ed Carroll, P.E. has extensive experience in stormwater management and is highly knowledgeable in environmental regulations and permitting processes.
