James Schwartz

James Schwartz is an experienced landscape architect currently serving as a Landscape Architect III at Soltesz since November 2021 and a Sign Review Board Member for the Montgomery County Department of Permitting Services since July 2024. Prior roles include Landscape Architect I and II at Soltesz, a Landscape Designer at Chick Landscaping, Inc., and Designer/Installer at 3D Scapes, LLC. James began professional experience as an Autocad Operator and maintenance worker at the University of Maryland, earlier engaging in maintenance work for Montgomery County Public Schools. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture and a minor in Sustainability from the University of Maryland, along with a high school diploma from Our Lady of Good Counsel High School.
