재훈 정 is a seasoned professional in the field of experience design, currently serving as the Master and VP of Customer Experience at SOLUM since 2024. Prior to this role, 재훈 held various leadership positions, including Director of the Digital Experience Department at Creatz and Team Lead for Digital Experience at HYUNDAI Autoever. With a solid foundation as a UX Designer at NEXON and an extensive tenure at SAMSUNG SDS, where they led IoT UX initiatives, 재훈 has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and quality in design. They earned a Master’s degree in Interaction Design from Kookmin University, further enhancing their expertise in the industry.
