Benjamin Kralj has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Benjamin started their career as a Design Assistant at Fachverlag Schiele & Schön GmbH, where they worked on print and cover designs for German magazines. Benjamin then moved on to ProSiebenSat.1 PULS 4 GmbH as a Freelance Graphic Designer. After that, they worked as a Design Assistant at BBDO Group Germany, where they designed layouts for advertising campaigns and worked on digital and print projects for clients such as Mercedes-Benz and Allianz Group.

Benjamin then became a Senior Content-Manager, supervising graphic materials and managing production project budgets. Finally, they served as a Senior Content Strategy and Marketing Manager, working with clients to identify goals and objectives.

Benjamin's most recent role is at SOLUM, where they are the Leader of Global Corporate Marketing & Communications.

Benjamin Kralj began their education in 2008 at Artesis Hogeschool Antwerpen, where they completed their first year in Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Graphic Design. In the same year, they also attended ITW Berlin, specializing in media operation and obtaining a certification as a Designer of digital and print media.

Subsequently, Kralj attended the Royal University of Arts Liege from 2009 to 2010 and received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Visual Communication.
