Solumar builds scalable clean-air infrastructure for cities and industry, removing up to 99% of particulate pollution (PM1–PM10 & Black Carbon) with low CAPEX and near-zero OPEX.

Solumar is addressing one of the most urgent and globally harmful challenges: particulate air pollution - especially PM2.5 and Black Carbon.

The scale of the crisis is staggering. Over 7.3 billion people breathe air that exceeds WHO safety thresholds. Cities such as Delhi, Lahore, Dhaka, Beijing, London, Paris, New York, Dubai, and Jakarta regularly experience dangerous PM peaks.

Solumar introduces a breakthrough approach to air purification that removes 98–99% of industrial and urban PM pollutants while operating with low CAPEX, near-zero OPEX, and without grid filters, plasma, or traditional electrostatic principles.

Originally supported by AIRBUS and Liebherr Aerospace, the technology achieved a record-high 99% particle-capture efficiency, effectively removing Black Carbon, ash, sand, dust, soot, metal, wood, textile, and chemical particulates.

Recognizing its potential, KAUST and Innovation Norway funded its expansion into Industrial, Maritime, and O&G applications, leading to rapid commercial adoption: over 60 deployed units for customers, including AQ Group, BRB Engineering, and HUVE Pharma.

The Solumar solution today spans 20+ sectors, from diesel engines, furnaces, and chemical powders to agricultural, marine, and laboratory environments.

To address the $75B gap in scalable city-air pollution reduction, the team developed City Smog Capturing Towers - stand-alone or infrastructure-integrated units using the same proven industrial technology to clean dense urban air and support city governments facing escalating air-quality challenges.

Fully scalable and engineered for global deployment, Solumar delivers low-cost operation, rapid installation, and validated performance, offering a practical pathway to cleaner air, healthier cities, and climate resilience.
