John Bottomley

John Bottomley is the current Director at Soluna. Prior to this, they were the Global Development Leader at GE Capital from September 2014 to August 2017. John has also held the position of Managing Director at The AES Corporation from April 2005 to December 2013 and Managing Director at Verde Ventures Ltd from April 2002 to December 2004. John started their career as Director at Enron Europe Ltd from June 1996 to November 2001.

John Bottomley's educational career includes a Master of Science in Blockchain & Digital Currency from the University of Nicosia, an MBA in Finance / Int. Business from the NYU Stern School of Business, a Master of Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen, and a Management Development Course (MDC) in Organizational Leadership from GE Crotonville. John also holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Clemson University, and has certification from the University of Nicosia in Introduction to Digital Currencies MOOC (DFIN-511) and CFA Institute in Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
