Matthew Lipman

Matthew Lipman is currently the Director at Soluna. Prior to this, they were with Virginia Abrasives Corporation, Soluna, MTI Instruments, Denison Pharmaceuticals, Instone, and Anomatic. Matthew has also served as a Board Member for Brookstone Partners and as an Analyst for UBS Investment Bank.

Lipman has been in the industry for over fifteen years and has gained a wealth of experience in investments and strategic acquisitions. Matthew is an expert in industrial light manufacturing, value-added distribution and logistics, metals-based manufacturing, consumer products manufacturing, plastic-based products, and selected business services.

Under Lipman’s leadership, Soluna has become a leading provider of next-generation clean energy solutions. The company’s mission is to provide cost-effective and sustainable energy solutions that meet the growing demand for clean energy.
