Felipe Buhigas

Felipe Buhigas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial direction and marketing, specifically within the credit insurance sector. Currently serving as Director Comercial y de Marketing Corporativo for SOLUNION in Spain and LATAM since August 2021, Felipe previously held the position of CEO at SOLUNION Seguros de Crédito in Mexico from April 2018 to August 2021. Prior to that, Felipe was the President of the Asociación Latinoamericana de Seguro de Crédito (ALASECE) from October 2016 to October 2018 and held multiple roles at SOLUNION Seguros de Crédito, including Director Comercial y de Marketing Corporativo from January 2013 to April 2018. Felipe's foundational expertise was established during tenure at Mapfre Caución y Crédito, where Felipe served as Director de Seguro de Crédito and Director de Informes y Suscripción from March 2006 to January 2013.
